Sesame oil

Black sesame oil, with its more noticeable aroma, is used in the same way than white sesame oil. However, refrain from using it for warm cooking as fragrances would really be too strong.

Roasted golden sesame oil, stemming from a first cold pressure, was processed from sesame seeds roasted in wood fire. This sesame oil is the most tasty and fruity.

This premium extra virgin white sesame oil is a first cold pressed. The big difference compared to other sesame oils: this oil is not toasted.

The preparation of this oil requires favoring sesame seeds harvested at full maturity and lightly roasted.
